Refund policy

Products can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 40 days of purchase, as long as they are in the original condition (unless faulty).

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges, but if a size exchange is required we recommend placing a new order online and returning your original item(s) for a refund, to avoid items selling out.

When sending back your return, please email us at hello@droptheanchorclothing.com.au with your full name and the item/s you are returning, and write your name on the package.

Please note: postage costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
